7) Nullity

The provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the aforementioned territory.
All of the above is indicated without prejudice to the fact that we may soon be able to offer these services in the excluded areas, in which case this will be announced in advance on this website.

After registration, the assignment of the user name and password occurs automatically, according to those previously chosen by the interested party.
The registration system is not provided with a user verification system in the registration process. Therefore, before the user is activated in the system, a welcome message is sent to the email. Once registered correctly, the user can enter the control panel of his/her profile with his/her username and password in order to manage all the functions that the provider of the page has made available to him/her, such as the account data section, my orders and the possibility of exercising the A.R.S.O rights, displaying the order history, billing form and shipping form, as well as logging out.
Once registered, you can proceed to purchase your product(s).
14.2) Purchase process
The purchase process is easy and simple

17) Maximum order amount
There is no maximum order.
18) How to extend or cancel my order
You can always extend an order as long as you have not completed the purchase, and you can do so by clicking the “Continue shopping” button.
To cancel an order, the customer has a maximum period of 24 hours to cancel it at no cost to the customer.

If the order is in delivery or has been delivered, its return will cost the customer 5% of the amount paid for shipping and handling costs. If the shipping costs were free because the amount for free shipping was exceeded, it will be calculated by the company based on the kg and destination.
For orders that have already left the facilities of HSC Soluciones personalizadas de Hardware para empresas, S.L., the courier company will be notified and in this case, the amount returned to the customer would be in full except for shipping costs.

The order can also be cancelled from the user profile on asicminergroup.com. To do so, the user must locate the order in their purchase history. Provided that the conditions indicated above are met, the money will be refunded by the same means used to make the purchase, within 24-48 business days.
19) Shipping costs and methods and delivery time
Shipping costs will depend on the amount ordered and the place of delivery, which will be calculated once the order is processed. Shipping costs are free for orders over €160.
The shipping method may be home delivery, but there will be no information in the future about the possibility of picking it up at the provider’s home address.
The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time of purchase. The provider does not guarantee delivery to post office boxes.
20) Delivery time
Between the order being placed and the date of the first delivery attempt by the transport company at the address indicated in the order, corresponds to the sum of these 2 factors:
- If you live on the peninsula, the delivery time is 24/48 business hours after receipt of payment, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day after the day of receipt of payment.
- We cannot guarantee these delivery times 100%, although we try to ensure that they are met whenever possible. In rural towns far from urban centres, it is not possible under any circumstances to guarantee delivery within 24/48 hours.
- At HSC Soluciones personalizadas de Hardware para empresas, S.L., we do everything possible to ensure that our product arrives in perfect condition, but once delivered to the transport agency there may be some isolated incidents. We advise you to check that everything is in accordance with your order and that the packaging of the package is in perfect condition when you receive your package, then sign with reservations and indicate by hand on the carrier’s delivery note if you found any anomaly upon receipt. When you open your package, if you find that the delivered items are not in accordance with your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service, see its section.
Products sent by suppliers do not facilitate the installation and operation of the products.

22) Value Added Tax
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax 21% (VAT).
23) Payment Methods or Modalities
In general, the user may choose the payment method:

In the event that the payment platform is informed of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer online and immediately of the cancellation as we have mentioned above. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside of Spanish territory.
 
Your card details will not be saved in our database, since when they are filled out they will be on the secure website of the chosen bank.
Your card details are protected at all times thanks to the secure servers of the banks that use SSL encryption in their communications.
24) General provisions on the Payment Process
The payment order given by the user necessarily implies adherence to these General Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the order.
For any form of payment chosen by the user, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the user by the financial institutions involved or by the secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, Mastercad, Iupay, etc.).
Once the payment has been made correctly, the user will receive two informative and confirmation emails that confirm the essential conditions of the operation:
- Services contracted, and description of the provision thereof.
- Products sent to the address indicated by the user.
The confirmation email will contain the invoice for the product with which the user may, upon receipt of the order, request the guarantee from the corresponding merchant.
In any case, through the website, the user will always have access to the information of their orders and their corresponding invoices for the purchases acquired.
The provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of indications of fraudulent transactions, informing the competent authorities of any conduct that may be investigated for the prevention of fraud.
25) Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of Withdrawal
Once you have received your order, you can withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, has its original packaging and corresponding manuals, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts, if any, within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
We remind you that when you exercise your right of withdrawal, the money paid for the product(s) purchased will be refunded and will include the purchase amount and, if applicable, the delivery costs in the least expensive ordinary delivery mode. Likewise, if you choose the option of collecting the product at your home, the costs of the collection itself will be borne by the customer.
 
Items that do not have their original packaging intact and unsealed, as well as any type of product personalized for the customer, cannot be returned by exercising the right of withdrawal. In this regard, the return of any products that show any type of tampering with the protective film on the box or packaging will not be accepted, otherwise the value of the item will be depreciated.
 
You must also ensure that:
- It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled inappropriately or imprudently and has not been subjected to abnormal or damaging conditions.
- It has not been involved in any accident or damage when trying to repair or modify it.
- It has not been used in a manner contrary to that established by the manufacturer in the product instructions.
- It has not been damaged by natural wear and tear after receipt.
In the event that the product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse the full cost of transport and inspection, incurred according to current standard rates. To carry out such reimbursement, we may charge the above costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order.
 
In the event of a defective product, the provider will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
In the event that the product or its packaging has suffered any damage or is not in its original shipping condition, the value of the item will be depreciated.
This provision does not affect the rights granted to consumers by current legislation.

Once the return request has been examined, and the appropriate checks have been made, after confirmation via email, we will proceed to collect the product from the place of delivery.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time whether the return or replacement of the item is appropriate (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
 
The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a proven defect or flaw will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
 
The rights recognised by current legislation are protected.
The exchange of an item for another different one will not be accepted; in this case, it must be returned and a new purchase made.

By requesting collection at your home, which you can do by sending an email requesting the return with your contact details and order number or by contacting our customer service department through the details provided in Section 26.

28) Product guarantee
The guarantee of the purchased product is to consume it before the date stated on the packaging.
In the event that the client wishes to make a claim, he/she may do so by email asicminerspain@gmail.com or by telephone indicating the order number. The guarantee is void if the product has not been preserved according to the instructions indicated on the packaging.
29) Rights of the Provider
- To maintain, modify or suspend its website without prior notice.
- To modify the price of the offers.
- To reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the client.
- To refuse access to the computer tools to clients in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.
- To collect the amount of the client’s purchases, once the transaction has been accepted.
